It’s the new year everybody. A fresh start. Read on to know what’s been up and what I expect in the new year.

1. World Mental Health Day

Today is the 10th of October, 2020 and it’s also World Mental Health Day. Mental Health has been recently gaining a lot of traction and I hope that everybody soon understands how important of a role mental health plays in all our lives. I know that it’s easier said than done – but we all have to start somewhere. And in this essay, I’ve highlighted the two things that we can do to start somewhere – as a society.

Dear Readers, I’m aware that I went off-grid for a while again. What have I been doing? I buried myself with work. I joined internships, took up online courses, attended my third-semester classes (online), started working on a research paper with a dear friend of mine. I did that with no regret what-so-ever. I’m now two times richer with knowledge and the skills set needed – for when I do enter the “real world”.
